With experience in the insurance industry and city government, Terry has been recognized as one of the top asset protection experts in the country for the past decade. He prides himself on creating custom asset protection plans for those looking to help secure their family’s future. When Terry isn’t helping individuals protect their assets, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 31 years, Joanne and two adult children, Catherine and Zachary.

Kind and compassionate, Peggy Jansen has been helping individuals protect their assets for nearly 25 years. As the front line of the Asset Protection IQ team, Peggy provides the utmost caring support in order to lead families to the correct path. Along with helping to lead the charge at Asset Protection IQ, she spends her time serving the community through the NFL Alumni Association, as a former Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader, and her own passion project Peggy’s Pampering. When not helping her community, Peggy loves to spend time with her husband of 35 years, their three adult children and grandson.

An associate pastor and community leader, Scott Mitchell has been helping families, seniors and veterans protect their assets for more than a decade. Whether providing one-on-one counseling on Medicaid, estate planning or veteran benefits, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and care to those interested in securing their family’s future. In Scott’s spare time, he serves as Club Chaplain for his local Rotary Club and president of the local Professionals Alliance To Help Seniors (PATHS) chapter. Scott also enjoys spending time with his wife of 29 years, Lisa and their three children, Lindsay, Ashley and Josiah.
